By accessing and using Lara App's WhatsApp broadcasting service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
2Description of Service
Lara App provides a WhatsApp broadcasting platform with AI-powered features that allows users to send bulk messages, manage contacts, and automate customer communications through the WhatsApp Business API.
3User Account and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4Acceptable Use Policy

5WhatsApp Business API Compliance
By using our Service, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API terms and policies, including but not limited to:

6Payment and Billing
6.1 Subscription Fees
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
6.2 Usage-Based Charges
Additional charges may apply for message volumes exceeding your plan limits or for premium features.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8Intellectual Property

9Service Availability and Modifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lara App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
